Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Nowshera, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the solarization of various mosques and community centers across the district. This sustainable energy project involves the supply and installation of solar power systems to enhance community infrastructure. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialization codes for solar energy works. Bidders must also be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. The procurement process is conducted through the electronic bidding system, and all technical and financial proposals must be submitted online. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, and additional security may be applicable for bids significantly below the engineer's estimate as per government policy. All submissions must be finalized on the portal no later than 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026.
