Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Corporation Sahiwal in Sahiwal, Punjab invites sealed item rate bids from registered suppliers and contractors for comprehensive temporary arrangements in connection with Muharram-ul-Haram 2026. The technical scope of work encompasses temporary lighting installations, extensive route covering through high-quality tentage, the provision of dedicated transport and logistics vehicles, the setup of distribution sabeels, and the execution of all related allied municipal works along the procession routes. Eligible participants must maintain valid registrations with the Pakistan Engineering Council, hold active NTN, STRN, and Professional Tax Certificates, and be fully registered on the Punjab PPRA electronic portal. Bidding processes are managed electronically through the single-stage, two-envelope procedure via the EPADS platform. Bidders must upload all mandatory documents and verification forms to the portal, alongside verifying a required minimum bank balance of three million Rupees prior to submission. Digital bids must be submitted through EPADS no later than 12:00 PM on 01 June 2026.
