The Balochistan Development Authority (BDA) invites electronic-only bids via the BPPRA EPPS portal (TSE-2526051044733) for the massive mega-infrastructure project: 'Construction of Border Terminal at Pak Afghan Border Badini District Killa Saifullah'. With an estimated cost of over PKR 7.68 Billion, this procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible international or national joint venture firms must possess a valid PEC C-A (No Limit) registration with specialized codes (BC01, CE01, CE09, CE10, CE11, EE02, EE11, ME01) and showcase a minimum turnover of PKR 7.5 Billion alongside successful completion of a similar nature cross-border facility project.
