The Balochistan Development Authority (BDA) invites electronic-only bids via the BPPRA EPPS portal (TSE-2526051044733) for the massive mega-infrastructure project: 'Construction of Border Terminal at Pak Afghan Border Badini District Killa Saifullah'. With an estimated cost of over PKR 7.68 Billion, this procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
