Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI) in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic applications for the prequalification of eligible vendors, pharmacies, and medical suppliers for the local purchase of surgical and clinical disposable consumables on a day-to-day basis for the financial year 2026-2027 under tender reference PRO/86/2026. This prequalification encompasses both local and imported clinical consumables to satisfy daily hospital operational demands. Applicants must maintain active registrations with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, provide verified proof of storage facilities or warehouses, and maintain a dedicated sales team that includes at least one qualified pharmacist. The prequalification process is strictly conducted via electronic procurement using the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). All digital applications and qualification criteria forms must be completed and uploaded securely through the EPADS gateway at https://eprocure.gov.pk no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026.
