Description / Scope of Work
Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), a joint venture between Pakistan and Abu Dhabi, invites sealed competitive commercial bids from reputable tech vendors, network engineering firms, and electronic security contractors. This procurement is for a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering the continuous maintenance, support, and optimization of CCTV surveillance systems and IT network setups deployed at the PARCO Mid-Country Refinery (PARCO-MCR) in Qasba Gujrat, Mahmood Kot. Bidding will be executed digitally through the SAP Ariba Discovery web platform, requiring interested participants to submit technical and financial proposals via the official Ariba link. Bidders must allocate a required refundable bid bond of 130,000 Rupees to validate their electronic submission. All digital tender packages must be uploaded and locked within the SAP Ariba gateway no later than 3:00 PM PST on 05 June 2026, and electronic opening procedures will commence at 3:30 PM PST on the same day.
