The Project Director for the Implementation of Master Plan of Safari Zoo, Lahore (Phase-II), under the Directorate General of Wildlife & Parks, Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids from eligible engineering contractors. Funded through an official ADP scheme from the Government of Punjab, this engineering procurement and construction (EPC) tender is for the extension of the aquarium inside the Lahore Safari Zoo. The procurement process will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure executed in accordance with Regulation 6(4)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. All participating companies must submit their technical and financial proposals via the electronic EPADS portal, accompanied by a mandatory 2% bid security instrument totaling 30,128,320 PKR in the format of a bank draft or call deposit. Digital tender submissions must be completed and locked on the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026.
