Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District Health Officer in Jamshoro, Sindh invites sealed tenders from well-reputed pharmaceutical manufacturers, authorized sole agents, and distributors for the procurement of drugs, medicines, and medical store items. This procurement is intended for the various health facilities within District Jamshoro for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as mandated by the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010. Eligible bidders must possess a valid drug manufacturing license or sole agency authorization, a valid professional tax certificate, and active registration with both the Federal Board of Revenue and the Sindh Revenue Board. Bidding documents with comprehensive itemized specifications can be obtained from the office up to the deadline. Complete technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026, and the technical bids will be opened publicly at 1:00 PM on the same day.
