Description / Scope of Work
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from experienced and GST-registered fire protection firms for comprehensive maintenance and servicing works. The project scope is split into two distinct tenders: servicing and maintenance of the addressable fire alarm system, and the servicing, overhauling, and testing of fire fighting systems, fire hydrants, and portable fire extinguishers installed at State Life Building Number Three, located on Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road. Bidding will be conducted under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible contractors must demonstrate technical expertise, financial stability, and active taxpayer status with the FBR. Detailed tender documents for each work can be acquired from the Real Estate Division on the 5th floor of the State Life Building Number Nine. Completed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, and will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day.
