Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Registrar, Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputed Islamabad or Rawalpindi based firms for the procurement of various office goods. The comprehensive project scope is divided into multiple categories, including IT equipment, high-quality office stationery, printing services for registers and official forms, staff liveries, and miscellaneous office utility items required for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Participating suppliers must be active on the FBR Taxpayer List and registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidding documents with complete itemized specifications and contract clauses can be obtained directly from the headquarters. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Assistant Registrar (Admn) by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, and the bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day.
