The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Murree in Murree, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction of an office building for the WASA Head Quarter in Murree. This major infrastructure development work has a total estimated bid cost of approximately 164.871 million Rupees. All interested engineering contractors must submit their technical and financial proposals alongside a mandatory bid security of 8,243,550 Rupees, representing exactly five percent of the estimated project value. The successfully selected constructor will be given a strict timeframe of twelve months to achieve complete execution of the works in accordance with the provided bar chart and schedule of progress. Firms bidding lower than five percent of the approved estimate must deposit an additional performance security from a scheduled bank within fifteen days of competitive selection. Technical proposals prepared in accordance with the revised contract form must be finalized and submitted before the institutional closing deadline.
