Description / Scope of Work
Punjab invites sealed technical and financial bids from registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the procurement of various institutional assets. The project scope encompasses multiple distinct packages, including the supply of advanced engineering machinery and laboratory equipment, durable office and classroom furniture and fixtures, IT hardware and computers, and academic library books. To be eligible for competitive bidding, interested parties must hold active registrations with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Detailed bidding documents containing complete specifications, quantities, and evaluation criteria can be purchased from the Principal's office during formal operational hours. Completed single-stage, two-envelope proposals must be submitted to the institution no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, with the public technical opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
