Description / Scope of Work
Punjab invites sealed tenders from well-reputed government-registered workshops, firms, and general order suppliers for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of its operational vehicles. The scope of work encompasses major mechanical overhauls, engine tuning, suspension overhauling, body repair work, high-quality denting and painting, and the replacement of genuine spare parts and batteries for the sector's official fleet. This competitive bidding process is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in strict compliance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules. All participating bidders must be actively registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and hold a valid tax profile listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Comprehensive tender documents detailing specific mechanical requirements, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions can be collected from the office of the Sector Commander NHMP Sector M-4 at Faisalabad. Finalized bids must be delivered to the designated office by 11:30 AM on 03 June 2026, where they will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of representatives.
