Description / Scope of Work
The National Forensics Agency in Islamabad, operating under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites competitive electronic bids for the commercial purchase of stationery and miscellaneous store items for the financial year 2025-26. The public sector procurement process follows a single-stage one-envelope framework adopting the Least Cost Based Selection technique in strict compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Participating commercial vendors and suppliers must be formally registered on the electronic EPADS version 2.0 portal to access complete specifications, operational item sheets, and evaluation terms. Manual or physical bid proposals will not be entertained by the agency. All participating firms must furnish a valid bid security in hard form (Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft) delivered physically to the Office of the Deputy Director (Admin). Electronic bids must be fully completed and uploaded through the designated e-procurement dashboard no later than 12:00 PM on 01 June 2026.
