Municipal Committee Kameer in Punjab invites sealed item-rate electronic tenders in accordance with PPRA rules and the Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017 for public sanitation infrastructure works. The civil engineering procurement involves the providing and laying of a Robust Reinforced Concrete (RCC) sewer pipeline system at Girls College Road, located within Mohallah Sadiq Abad, Kameer. The pricing schedules, technical design specifications, and financial estimates strictly adhere to the technical sanction (TS) rates from the Bi-annual Market Rate System (MRS-1) of 2026. Bidding follows a single-stage, single-envelope open competitive procedure managed via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Eligible construction firms and sanitation engineering contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration within the relevant field codes, maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue, and be officially renewed or registered with Local Governments in the division for the financial year 2025-26. Encrypted technical and financial proposals alongside uploaded copies of the mandatory lot-specific earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt must be securely uploaded through the e-procurement portal no later than 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with the physical delivery of the original CDR required at the administrative headquarters shortly thereafter.
