The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the commercial procurement and supply of specialized Lab Equipment (Robotics) required for the Establishment of Makerspace Punjab under development project code EGOV-41. Financed under provincial technology infrastructure allocations, the bulk procurement framework is systematically divided into four distinct commercial lots. Lot 1 requires the provision of a high-tech Humanoid Robot with an estimated cost of 10.00 million Rupees and a fixed bid security of 100,000 Rupees. Lot 2 covers a comprehensive Robotics Lab Setup on a Turnkey Basis with an estimated budget of 11.90 million Rupees and a fixed security deposit of 119,000 Rupees. Lot 3 demands multiple Robotics Lab Accessories with an estimated cost of 2.00 million Rupees paired with a fixed security allocation of 20,000 Rupees. Lot 4 encompasses Quadcopter Lab Accessories estimated at 3.50 million Rupees with a fixed security bond of 35,000 Rupees. Bidding procedures will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope process in strict conformity with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Participating technology vendors must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority, maintain active taxpayer status, and submit separate technical and financial bids through the electronic e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal before the designated deadline on 08 June 2026.
