The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed engineering consultancy proposals under the federal e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and physical hard-copy submission procedures for the master planning, technical design, and full construction supervision of committed infrastructure facilities in Package-I, II, and II-A (Al-Watan) within the Eastern Industrial Zone. The extensive public works engineering scope encompasses geotechnical investigations, hydraulic assessments, and flood-resilient civil design for major road networks, stormwater drainage networks, dedicated water supply lines, and industrial sewerage treatment systems[cite: 404, 420, 271, 273].
