Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Railways Sukkur in Sukkur, Sindh invites individuals and interested parties to participate in a public auction for the licensing of railway land for various commercial and agricultural purposes. The comprehensive auction covers multiple categories of land use across different regional locations, including Nawabshah, Ghotki, Booz, Larkana, Bhitria Road, Jacobabad, Khanpur, Rohri, Kamber, and Rohmani Nagar. Available properties feature already constructed shops, new shops, godowns, fish ponds, marriage lawns, marquees, nurseries, car or motor cycle parking spaces, restaurant coffee shops, and agricultural land. The lease periods vary depending on the category, ranging from 1 to 2 years for nurseries up to 5 to 10 years for shops and restaurant spaces. The public auctions will be held at specified locations on scheduled dates between 3 June 2026 and 10 June 2026, with the final auction segment taking place at the Rohmani Nagar Railway Station. All bidders must fulfill the specified terms and conditions, including the submission of refundable bid security money and non-refundable participation fees specific to each property category before participating in the open auction process.
