Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from eligible bidders for the procurement of specialized lab equipment and robotics components to facilitate the establishment of Makerspace Punjab. This procurement is split into multiple lots, including standard robotics kits, advanced electronic sensors, 3D printing equipment, microcontrollers, mechanical toolsets, and related development hardware accessories. Bidders must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure in strict compliance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All technical and financial bids, including the required digital bid security of two percent of the estimated cost, must be prepared and submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Final electronic submissions must be successfully completed on the EPADS system no later than 12:00 PM on 02 June 2026.
