Description / Scope of Work
The Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids from eligible workshops and authorized agents for the pre-qualification of repair, replacement of parts, and comprehensive maintenance services for its official fleet of vehicles. This framework procurement is intended to cover services spanning from 2026 to 2028. The procurement procedure will strictly adhere to the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, utilizing a single-stage one-envelope bidding mechanism conducted electronically. Eligible workshops must satisfy rigorous evaluation criteria, including providing active income tax and sales tax registration documents, demonstrating substantial past experience in fleet maintenance, and submitting audited financial statements or income tax returns from the last three years. All technical and financial details must be signed, stamped, and successfully uploaded through the E-PADS system. Completed electronic proposals must be submitted through the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026.
