The Office of the Assistant Director LG&RDD in Tehsil Bahrain, District Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed electronic tenders under Provincial ADP No. 944/250164. Operating under a single-stage, two-envelope competitive procedure via the EPADS system, this public works infrastructure project covers five high-priority development schemes valued at 44.00 million Rupees each based on the MRS-2025 (1st Bi-annual) and Non-MRS schedules. The distinct engineering lots feature civil works including the Construction of Model Streets with Drains and Installation of Safety Railings at UC Tirat, matching model street and green belt installations at UC Madyan, the widespread installation of Solar Street Lights across UC Mankyal, and localized solar street lighting distributions for both UC Kedam and UC Bahrain.
