Khyber Teaching HospitalThe Khyber Teaching Hospital - Medical Teaching Institution in Peshawar, KPK invites electronic sealed bids for the high-volume procurement of Cardiology & Cath Lab Disposables for the financial year 2026-27. Managed under the rigorous Single Stage-Two Envelopes framework in strict compliance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Act-2012 and KPPRA Rules-2014, this framework seeks specialized medical supplies exclusively from qualified manufacturers and importers registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). Bidders are required to submit computerized, typed, and signed proposals split into separate digital files through the E-PADS network. Mandatory financial requisites include a fixed bid security allocation of five hundred thousand Rupees and a non-refundable tender fee of two thousand Rupees deposited to the institutional bank account, with physical deposit evidence reaching the dairy section before the deadline. Technical and financial proposals must be compiled and uploaded digitally via the network prior to the formal opening deadline on 22 June 2026.
