Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the procurement of NIV Drugs under Tender No. 2583079/R-2603/380614/A dated 20 February 2026. This tender covers the supply of HIV/AIDS drugs and related pharmaceutical items required by naval medical facilities. The procurement is based on open competitive bidding through the Directorate of Procurement located at Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad. Interested suppliers and pharmaceutical distributors are invited to submit technical and commercial offers for the supply of specified drug items as detailed in Annex-A of the tender documents.
Participating firms must be registered pharmaceutical distributors holding valid DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) licenses to sell medical stores. Firms must submit proof of active tax payer status and current audit reports. DGDP registered firms are required to submit a bank challan of Rs. 200, while all other firms must deposit Rs. 300 in favor of CMA(DP) as earnest money. Manufacturers must provide authority letters, current manufacturing licenses, and brand registration certificates where applicable. Detailed brand documentation including IMS rankings, AFMSL certificates, CDTL and DTL reports, and active ingredient import documents are mandatory for all quoted items.
Tenders must be submitted in three sealed envelopes containing technical offer in duplicate, earnest money, and commercial offer respectively. All documents must be properly flagged and submitted in compliance with the prescribed format outlined in DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3 forms. The technical opening is scheduled for 5 June 2026.
