Description / Scope of Work
Govt. Special Education Centre, Rawalpindi, District Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of Transport Repair, Maintenance and Overhaul of Institutional Bus services for the financial year 2025-26. The tender is issued by the Headmaster's office and will be conducted through the E-Procurement system via E-PADS in full compliance with PPRA regulations. The bidding process adopts the Single Stage Two Envelope method, where technical and financial bids are submitted separately. Bids must be addressed to the office of Headmaster, Govt. Special Education Centre, Misrial Road, Rawalpindi, with original Certified Demand Receipt (CDR) submitted before the tender opening date.
Bidders must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration numbers with copies of registration certificates attached to their bids. Earnest Money at a specified percentage of the total quoted value must be submitted as a CDR from an authorized bank. The tender is subject to PPRA Rules 2004 and the committee reserves the right to reject all proposals before acceptance of bids. Bidders must submit technical documentation on firm letterhead separately from the financial bid; firms technically disqualified will not participate in financial bid evaluation.
The original CDR and complete bid documents must reach the Headmaster's Office, Govt. Special Education Centre, Misrial Road Rawalpindi before 11:00 AM on 04-06-2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM by the designated committee in the Headmaster's Office. This procurement notice is also published on E-PADS and PPRA websites.
