Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila, operating under the Supply Chain Management Directorate in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms holding valid NTN Certificates for the procurement of a Digital Printing Machine. The procurement will be executed in accordance with PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Delivery is required within ten days after signing of the contract. The tender process follows a single stage two envelope methodology, with bid documents available on the PPRA website. The scope and quantity of the digital printing machine are detailed in Annexure A of this Standard Bidding Document.
Bidders must be registered with government or semi-government organizations and possess current Sales Tax and NTN certificates. Required documentation includes audited financial statements for the last three financial years, attested bank statements covering the preceding twelve months, photocopies of pre-qualification or indexation letters from HIT, and a trade link certificate from the original equipment manufacturer in case of distributor or agent submissions. A non-blacklisting certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100, duly attested by an Oath Commissioner, is mandatory. Bidders must also provide a detailed list of contracts and experience with government and semi-government organizations over the last three financial years. Bid security in the form of a postal order of Rs 2000 must accompany the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate.
Bid documents are available on the PPRA website, and sealed tenders must be submitted by 08 June 2026 at 10:30 hours at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Bid opening will occur at 11:00 hours on the same date.
