IT Equipment , Projector and Accessories for NUMS and NIASR

National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of IT related equipment and accessories for NUMS and NIASR. The tender is issued under file references MS/DT/2026/93 and MS/DT/2026/94 following a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying required equipment in accordance with provided specifications, installing equipment at designated locations as per end-user department instructions, and operationalizing all equipment to ensure full functionality within the timeframe specified by the procuring agency, including staff training where required.

Eligibility is open to all suppliers, dealers, associations of firms, companies, sole proprietors, and joint ventures registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, PPRA, Sales Tax, and company registration bodies. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if duly authorized by competent authorities. Applicants must have valid maintained bank accounts as payments will be made through crossed cheques. Bid security at 2 percent of total bidding cost must be submitted in the form of CDR, DD, or pay order; no other form of security will be accepted. Bidders must submit all required bidding documents in full, and no applicant should add, omit, or change any item, serial number, options, terms, or conditions. For imported or high-end equipment, mandatory documents include manufacturer authorization letters, quality assurance and ISO certifications, goods declaration certificates, warranty and insurance guarantee certificates, performance guarantees up to 10 percent, after-sales service certificates, and guarantees for availability of essential spares.

Bidding documents must be submitted sealed and marked separately as Technical Proposals and Financial Proposals, both inserted in one single envelope. The last date for submission of bids is 2nd June 2026 (Tuesday) until 10:00 hours. Tenders and envelopes will be opened publicly on the same day at or after 10:30 hours by the Tender Opening and Evaluation Committee in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives at Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road (Opposite APS Humayun Road), Rawalpindi. Sealed bids prepared in accordance with instructions to bidders must reach on or before the due date and time; documents sent through email or fax will not be accepted. Payment shall be made upon satisfactory delivery of all items, invoices, delivery challans, deduction of all due taxes, and receipt of a complete installation and commissioning satisfactory report from the end-user side. No advance payment or mobilization amount will be released to the selected vendor.
