Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply, fitting, alignment of new office vehicle tyres and adjustment of old or used tyres at its office located in G-10/4, Islamabad. This procurement is planned under the FY 2025-26 budget allocation and will be conducted through the Single Stage-One Envelope method using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding process will be administered through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0, and all bids must be submitted electronically with no manual submissions entertained.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 prior to bid submission and are required to provide bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding document. Where bid security is not required by the procuring agency, bidders must furnish a Bid Security Declaration. All prospective bidders should carefully review the eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, technical specifications, and contractual terms outlined in the complete bidding document available on the EPADS portal.
Registration on EPADS v2.0 must be completed on or before Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with electronic bids to be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
