Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of aircraft spares and parts required for aircraft maintenance operations at the Aircraft Maintenance Section (HOPAA) under Unified Terminal. Two procurement tenders are advertised: the first covers aircraft spares and parts for maintenance section HOPAA UT No. HOPLA/1952/357/XXL/N with a fixed bid security of PKR as mentioned in bidding documents; the second pertains to guveears and antenna parts installed at JIAP Karachi UT No. HOPLA/1952/348/XXL/N with a fixed bid security of PKR 30,381 as mentioned in bidding documents. Both procurements are essential for maintaining aircraft operational capabilities at Karachi operations. Prospective bidders must meet all eligibility criteria and provide required documentation including GST and NTN certificates along with proof of active sales tax taxpayer status. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee as specified in the bidding documents, and all financial instruments must be original and properly authenticated. Interested vendors should obtain complete bidding documents from the PAA E-PAD system at http://eaprocure.gov.pk by submitting bids electronically through the PPRA EPADS web portal. Bid submission deadline is 08-06-2026 at 1030 hours for the first tender and 10-06-2026 at 1030 hours for the second tender, with opening scheduled at Logistics Center (South) at the same date and time.
