Description / Scope of Work
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Workers Welfare Board invites single stage single envelope tenders through EPADS for two major construction and re-construction projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The first project involves construction of a 06 Nos Residential Flats Labour Complex in Peshawar with an estimated cost of PKR 3,652,924,000, with a completion period of 03 months and a tender form fee of PKR 4000. The second project comprises re-construction of a boundary wall at Homo Tech Institute Labour Colony in Mardan with an estimated cost of PKR 990,568,000, completion period of 02 months, and tender form fee of PKR 2000. Both projects must be executed by contractors duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and holding valid enlistment with Workers Welfare Board for FY 2025-26.
Eligible contractors must have deposited enlistment or renewal fee with the Workers Welfare Board. Bid security and stamp duty must accompany all electronic bids in the form of call deposit, demand draft, or payment order as specified. Original bid documents including scan copies of bid security, requisite certificates, and an undertaking on stamp paper duly attested by notary public not less than Rs 100 are mandatory. Bids quoted at rates more than 20 percent below estimated cost will be rejected. Bid security of the first, second, and third lowest bidders will be retained by the Department until approval of the bid.
All electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before the bid closing date and time of 10-06-2026 at 12:00 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours in the committee room of KP WWB Main Office Building, Peshawar.
