Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites sealed bids for the provision and installation of a street light system in remaining areas of Park Enclave Phase-I, Islamabad under the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure through EPAD system. The project is located in Islamabad, Punjab and aims to enhance infrastructure and public safety in this residential development. Prospective bidders who are duly enlisted with EPAD and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses with appropriate category and codes, as well as valid Electrical Licenses issued by Electrical Inspector Islamabad, are eligible to participate. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 18,914,946, and the earnest money requirement is Rs. 327,448.
Prospective bidders are required to provide bid security in the form of Deposit at Call (CDR) as per bidding instructions. Bidders must submit technical bids clearly indicating the name of work on the envelope along with undertakings on stamp paper duly attested by notary public officials not less than Rs. 500. Bidders should ensure that all requisite documents and information are correct and accurate, as CDA will not entertain any incorrect or incomplete information. All bidders and contractors must undertake that they are not involved in any litigation or blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous body in Pakistan.
Bid documents containing bidding data, terms, conditions, bill of quantities, and technical evaluation criteria are available on EPAD at http://epaos.gov.pk. Prospective bidders must submit their bids electronically through E-PADS at http://epaos.gov.pk by uploading readable PDF files before the closing date and time of 12:00 PM on June 9, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:00 PM in the office of Director Sector Development (E&M) at National Museum of Pakistan, Islamabad.
