Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board (PACB) Kamra, located in Attock District, Punjab, invites sealed tenders for the supply of store items as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form PACB-02A). This tender inquiry is issued by the Commercial Wing of PACB and is referenced as PACB/1615/1/SO(Log)/PC-11. Interested suppliers are required to submit their bids in accordance with the specified terms and conditions. The procurement process follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and regulations governing contracts in Pakistan.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and technical requirements as outlined in the tender documents. All offers must be submitted in duplicate, comprising a Technical Offer (without prices) and a Commercial Offer (with prices). Bidders are required to provide a 10% Bank Guarantee confirmation with their bids. Both commercial and technical envelopes should be enclosed in one sealed cover bearing the tender number and opening date. Technical offers will be opened on the scheduled date and evaluated separately; commercial offers will be opened only for technically accepted bids.
