Khyber Teaching Hospital Medical Teaching Institute (KTH-MTI) in Peshawar, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Cardiology and Catheterisation Laboratory disposables for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued under the single stage two envelopes bidding procedure in compliance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Act 2012 and KPPRA Rules 2014. The procurement covers a comprehensive range of disposable items required for cardiac care operations, with eligible manufacturers and importers of cardiology and cath lab disposables registered with the DRAP and meeting the outlined technical specifications and DRAP 2017 rules. The tender notice has been published on the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) platform and the KPPRA website.
Bidders must possess valid business registration and tax compliance documentation. A tender fee of PKR 2,000 is non-refundable and must accompany each bid. Bid security equivalent to one percent of the quoted amount is mandatory, submitted in the form of a bank deposit slip to the Dairy and Dispatch Section. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with technical and financial bid sections, along with supporting documentation including postal and email contact information. Bidders are required to compute quoted prices in both local currency and English words, with all amounts and figures clearly stated as per the bid solicitation documents.
Bid documents are available for download from www.kth.edu.pk or the e-PADS portal. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid submission closing on June 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Director of Finance, KTH-MTI, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. The bid validity period extends to June 30, 2027, with possible extension under KPPRA rules.
