Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing valid NTN certificates for the procurement of display room cabinets. The tender encompasses three separate cabinet items as per Appendices I, II and III, with quantities totalling 47 units (27 units of Appendix I cabinets, 18 units of Appendix II cabinets, and 2 units of Appendix III cabinets). The delivery period is ten months after signing of the contract. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules on a FOR basis through a single stage two envelope bidding process. The tender is issued from Taxila Cantt, Punjab, with tender documents available on the PPRA website.
Eligible bidders must submit a photocopy of HIT registration, pre-qualification or indexation letter, along with attested copies of Sales Tax registration and NTN certificates. Bidders are required to provide audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the preceding twelve months, attested CNIC copies of the Chief Executive or Director, and a judicial affidavit on 100 rupee stamp paper certifying that the firm is neither a defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organization. In case of distributors or agents, trade links with the original equipment manufacturer must be provided. A postal order for 2000 rupees payable to Director Supply Chain Management Directorate must accompany the technical bid.
Tender documents are available on the PPRA website and bids must be submitted by 08 June 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 hours.
