Description / Scope of Work
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Headquarters in Islamabad invites sealed tenders in two separate envelopes for the procurement of information technology equipment under tender reference NIT No. 7/2025-2026. The scope includes sixteen distinct IT items for NAB HQ, comprising next generation firewall, branded servers, layer-3 and layer-2 switches, 42U racks, UPS units, high-speed scanners, dehumidifiers, air conditioning units, personal computers, laptops, smart LCD screens, digital standees, CCTV setup components, and online zoom cameras. The procurement follows PPRA rules 2004 section 36(b) and is open to reputable firms meeting government criteria.
Bidders must submit sealed tenders containing technical and financial proposals in two separate envelopes. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 portal at www.epads.gov.pk. Bidders may obtain complete bidding documents, detailed specifications, and terms and conditions from the E-PADS 2.0 website. The tender process requires adherence to PPRA procurement rules, and the final contract will be issued after approval from the NITB and Austerity Committee as per existing government instructions. The number of items may be increased or decreased according to PPRA rules at NAB's discretion.
Bid submission deadline is 03-06-2026 at 11:00 hours, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 hours.
