Pakistan Airport Authority (PAA) invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of two items: test equipment for electronic display (EED) and desktop computer systems. The first procurement (EPAD No. F-2605/1878883) concerns test equipment for EED with reference No. HOPNA/1992/352-XXI.LN, while the second (EPAD No. F-2605/1878885) covers procurement of desktop computer systems along with related software terminals, reference No. HOPNA/1992/352-XXI.LN. These procurements are being conducted by the Pakistan Airport Authority on behalf of airports in Sindh province. The fixed bid security for the first item is as mentioned in the bidding documents, while the second item requires a bid security of Rs. 122,850.
Eligible bidders must satisfy all criteria specified in the tender documents available on the official portal. Bidders are required to submit their bids in sealed envelopes with appropriate bid security as stipulated. The bid security must be in the form of a bank draft or other instruments acceptable under PAA and government regulations. All bidders must comply with applicable financial, technical, and legal requirements outlined in the bidding documents, including PPRA and GST/NTN registration where applicable.

Bids must be submitted by the deadline of 15 June 2026 at 1100 hours at the designated office of PAA (Log ANS Branch). The bid opening will take place on 17 June 2026 at 1100 hours at the same location.
