Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) located in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for the procurement of miscellaneous IT equipment and accessories for NUMS-NIASR. This competitive tender is open to well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms and sole proprietors with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in supplying miscellaneous IT equipment and accessories in the public or private sector. The tender reference numbers are MS-DT/2026/93 and MS-DT/2026/94, with detailed specifications and terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents.
All bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR to qualify. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to two percent of the total bid value in the form of a call deposit or bank draft in favor of NUMS. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes, with technical proposals opened first on the same day at 1030 hours in the Conference Room at NUMS (ATR) on Adiala Road in Rawalpindi, while financially qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened at a later stage. Late, incomplete, or email submissions will not be entertained.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon submission of a pay order or demand draft of PKR 3,000 during working hours. The last date for submission of bids is 02 June 2026 (Tuesday) by 1000 hours, with technical proposals to be opened the same day at 1030 hours. The bidding process is conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and interested bidders must ensure registration on the E-PADS platform. NUMS reserves the right to modify scope, reject bids, or cancel the tendering process at any stage in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
