Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Soil & Water Conservation, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from reputable firms for the supply, installation and commissioning of IT networking infrastructure, IT and miscellaneous equipment, and a centralized control and management system (CCMS) under the project Ensuring Productive Agriculture through Improved Soil and Water Conservation Practices in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender is being floated at the Directorate General office in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, to strengthen information technology capabilities and support improved agricultural and water conservation operations across the region.
Bidders must be reputable firms duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax purposes (Active Taxpayer List) and Sales Tax, and must be registered on the EPAD system. All bids shall be submitted exclusively through the E-Pad System using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding method as per KPPRA Rules. Manual bid submissions are not accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a refundable bid security equivalent to two percent of the bid cost in the form of an original CDR drawn in the name of Director General Soil & Water Conservation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, failing which the bid will be rejected outright. The original CDR and affidavit must be sealed in separate envelopes placed within one large sealed envelope.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 May 2026 at 11:00 am. Sealed bids must be submitted through the E-Pad System by 04 June 2026 at 09:00 am, with technical proposal opening at 11:00 am on the same date. The pre-bid meeting and proposal opening will be held at the Office of the Director General Soil & Water Conservation, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located at Agriculture Services Academy (ASA) Campus, opposite Islamia College Gate No. 1, Jamrud Road, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders.
