Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office located at Plot No. 21-B, Mauve Area, G-9/1 Islamabad invites bids from qualified firms for providing repair and maintenance services for machinery equipment during the financial year 2026-27. The services include repairing and maintaining photostat machines, air conditioners, and all other machinery equipment required by the Regional Tax Office in Islamabad. This is a pre-qualification tender issued through single stage single envelope file uploading method (EPADS). Interested bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of PKR 100,000 in the form of bank draft or pay order in favor of Additional Commissioner-IR (HQ) Regional Tax Office, Islamabad.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be GST and Income Tax registered with valid active taxpayers list certificates from FBR. Bidders must have their own established shops or office premises in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and demonstrate a minimum of seven years' experience in the relevant machinery repair and maintenance field. Firms must provide proof of sound financial position through bank statements covering the last six months and submit a non-blacklisting certificate on affidavit along with a list of current clients.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS along with the physical earnest money deposit. Cheques are not acceptable. Upon shortlisting, selected firms are bound to execute work on an immediate basis when referred, including odd hours service. Firms must return old parts when replacements are made and are responsible for providing free replacement if the same defect recurs within the warranty period.
