Description / Scope of Work
Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab is inviting sealed bids through a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the purchase of computer systems with accessories and furniture. The tender comprises two lots: Lot 1 covers computer system and accessories with equipment valued at PKR 20,345,200, and Lot 2 covers furniture valued at PKR 1,299,000, with a combined estimated cost of PKR 21,644,200. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended) and is open to reputed firms meeting the eligibility criteria.
Interested bidders must be registered with PPRA to download the bidding documents and detailed specifications free of cost from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. A refundable bid security of 5 percent of the lot value is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued in the name of KFUEIT, RYK. The scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded to E-PADS, with the original submitted physically by an authorized representative before the closing deadline. Only CDRs issued after the publication of this advertisement will be accepted. Bids submitted after the prescribed date and time will not be entertained.
Bidders must submit their bids exclusively through E-PADS (E-PPRA) at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The tender closing date and time for submission is 08-06-2026 at 10:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. The tender validity period extends until 31 August 2026, and all applicable taxes will be charged as per rules.
