Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Banda Daud Shah District Karak, supported by funds from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic tenders for the purchase and fabrication of solid waste management machinery. The procurement includes supply and fabrication of one front-end loader with back hoe as per complete specifications, two units of 1-1.5M3 mini tippers, and two tractor trolleys. This tender is floated under the single stage two envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014 with technical and financial evaluation criteria. The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by TMA. The project is located in Banda Daud Shah, Karak District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and represents a significant investment in solid waste management infrastructure for the municipal administration.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD link at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and hold valid credentials including NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility status (Sale, Service and Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to submit an original bid security of two percent of the total bid price in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Banda Daud Shah in a sealed envelope. Manufacturers and suppliers must provide FBR registration and tax payer certification for component supply, and letter of authorization from competent authority. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties must be included as per government rules.
Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 15 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bid opening on the same day. Complete specifications and bid documents are available for download on EPADS. All rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids shall not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules. Purchase orders remain subject to release of funds.
