Description / Scope of Work
The Social Welfare Special Education and Women Empowerment Department, Haripur, KPK invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of various tools, equipment and items required for skills development and vocational training programs. The total estimated cost of procurement is approximately 92.45 million rupees, covering nine distinct items including printing and composing tools, barber shop tools and essentials, rural grocery shop equipment, stitching unit machinery, tri-motor cycle, plumbing tools and equipments, solar installer toolkit, and beauty parlor tools and equipments. This procurement is conducted under the KPPRA 2014 regulations and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules. The project aims to support women empowerment and special education initiatives across the district by establishing equipped vocational training centers and skill development facilities in Haripur.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and include a 2% call deposit or CDR as specified for each lot, with minimum bid security amounts ranging from 30,000 to 618,000 rupees depending on the item. Bidders are required to submit bids on affidavit or judicial e-stamp paper and provide evidence of availability of items. All documentation must clearly indicate the bidder's company registration, tax compliance status, and relevant technical qualifications. Bids must be accompanied by original bank receipts confirming deposit of the required bid security amount.
Bid documents can be obtained from the EPADs portal at kp.eprocure.gov.pk or through the procurement website. The submission deadline is 10 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the office premises. All bidders must ensure their bids are received before the closing time.
