Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Razzar, operating under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites quotations through e-tender via the EPADS portal for the fabrication and supply of solid waste management machinery. The procurement encompasses two items: supply and fabrication of two tractor trolleys with five tons capacity and two 1.5 cubic meter mini tippers or dumpers to be mounted on pickups. This tender is issued following the receipt of funds from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and follows the single stage two-envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The chassis for the work shall be supplied by TMA Razzar. Bidders are required to be duly registered on the EPAD link with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC Registration, and 3S facility including Sale, Service and Spare parts availability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible bidders must download bidding documents and submit technical specifications through the EPADS platform on or before 11 June 2026 at 01:00 PM. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the total bid price must be provided in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Razzar and sealed in an envelope marked accordingly. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duty must be included in the quoted rates. Incomplete, conditional, late or manually submitted bids shall not be entertained. All rates must be quoted on a free on board basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office.
The successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Technical bids of conforming proposals shall be evaluated as prescribed in the bid document, and responsive financial bids shall be opened publicly at a date, time and venue to be communicated to bidders via email following technical evaluation. Purchase orders will be subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KP-PPRA Rules.
