Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Cutlery & Small Tools Industries Service Centre in Wazirabad, Punjab, invites electronic bids from registered firms, companies, and contractors for the repairing of miscellaneous machines along with allied accessories. The scope of work includes comprehensive repair services, replacement of defective parts with genuine new components, and all repairing activities to be conducted at CSTISC Wazirabad premises or approved external workshops. The total estimated cost is Rs. 4,290,000, with work to be completed within 90 days of contract award. This procurement is issued by TEVTA CSTISC-WZD and covers all necessary repair and restoration of industrial machines and related equipment.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Tax Department for Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax. Bidders are required to furnish earnest money (bid security) of Rs. 85,800, equivalent to 2 percent of the total estimated cost, in the form of Bank Deposit, CDR, or Pay Order in favor of TEVTA CSTISC-WZD Non-Salary. A performance guarantee of 5 percent of the contract price must be submitted within seven days of contract award, valid for six months after completion and successful inspection. Late submission or incomplete bids will not be considered, and all documentation must be properly signed and stamped.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 16 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 12:30 PM. Interested bidders may visit CSTISC Wazirabad during office hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday) to inspect the machinery requiring repair prior to submitting their bids.
