IT Equipment, Hardware, Plant & Machinery Supply Tender by Senior Civil Judge Battagram

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin), Battagram invites sealed bids from manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors for the supply of IT equipment, hardware, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, and stationery through open competitive bidding. The procurement covers five categories of items required for the judicial office in Battagram, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender is issued by the Civil Judge-II, Battagram, acting as Chairman of the Procurement Committee. Bids will be evaluated and opened on 10 June 2026 at 12:30 PM using a single stage, two-envelope procurement method.

Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, importers or authorized distributors with valid sales tax registration and an active bank account. Bidders are required to submit earnest money or call deposit equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on a per-unit basis and must include all applicable government taxes. Bids must be complete and substantially responsive to all requirements; incomplete or partial tenders will be rejected. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee in favor of the Senior Civil Judge, Admin Battagram, and must offer one-year warranty and two-year maintenance service for all delivered items.

Prospective bidders should examine the bidding documents carefully, including all instructions, terms, conditions and specifications. Bids must remain valid until 30 June 2026. No advance payment is permissible; payment will be made only after successful supply, installation and test run of all items. Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid security released after the contract is signed with the successful bidder. In case of non-supply within the stipulated time, the purchase order will be cancelled, the performance guarantee will be confiscated, and the order may be placed with the next-lowest bidder.
