Description / Scope of Work
National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites pre-qualification of well-reputed contractors registered with income tax, GST and SRB for multiple projects in Karachi, Sindh. The projects include civil works for dismantling and relocation of a complete batching plant from one location to another, hiring of excavator crane and transportation of batching plant, repair and maintenance of batching plant, hiring of labour for laying asphalt with prime coat and tack coat, hiring of dumpers for asphalts material transportation, supply of ice blocks for batching plants, maintenance of horticulture works at KNB Log Park KCI, consultancy of KNB Land LLC Log Park KNB KCI, installation of MS stair case for emergency exits in warehouse at NLC Log Park KNB KCI, infra and miscellaneous works at Masjid at NLC KNB Log Park KCI, infra and miscellaneous works of residence building at NLC KNB Log Park KCI, supply of furniture for different buildings in KNB Karachi, installation of rubber fenders on dock areas on warehouses at NLC Log Park KNB, and termite proofing with covering and miscellaneous works at warehouses of KNB Log Park KCI.
Interested contractors and parties must submit an Expression of Interest containing company profile brochure, pre-qualification experience certificates from government and private entities, detail of technical staff, proof and detail of similar works both ongoing and completed, an affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by government autonomous or private bodies, income tax valid NTN STN certificates, and any additional information supporting pre-qualification. All submissions must include a covering letter on company letterhead and a pay order of Rs. 2000 in favour of National Logistics Corporation PD Sindh Collection.
Applications with all required documents for pre-qualification must be submitted to the Contract Section HQ PD Sindh on or before the deadline specified in the table. Pre-qualified contractors will be notified and called for submission of financial bids. This advertisement is also available on www.nlc.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. NLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bids received after the due date and time shall be rejected.
