Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Attock, under the Communication & Works Department of the Government of the Punjab, invites tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for maintenance and repair works to multiple government buildings located in Attock district. This e-tender notice covers seventeen separate projects with estimated costs ranging from PKR 0.592 million to PKR 13.574 million, including establishment of guard rooms for UVSS systems, school construction at DHDCs, repairs to main buildings at Government Boys Associate College Hassanabdal, maintenance of residential quarters, and repairs to various government offices including the Deputy Commissioner Office, Additional Deputy Commissioner Offices, Assistant Commissioner Office, and Sub Divisional Officer Buildings across Attock and Rawalpindi divisions. The total estimated project value spans multiple millions of Pakistani rupees for works to be completed within timeframes ranging from 45 days to 12 months. All participating firms and contractors must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes as specified in PPRA E-Tendering guidelines.
Eligibility requirements mandate that all intending contractors and engineering firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eproc.gov.pk. Bidders are required to obtain and submit a completely scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at five percent of the PPRA estimated price from any scheduled bank in the name of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Attock. The performance guarantee for successful bidders shall be ten percent of the contract amount, to be furnished as CDR or bank guarantee within fifteen days of contract award. Contractors failing to provide complete tender documents or accurate rate analysis shall be declared non-responsive and excluded from competition. All bids must include detailed DNIT and BOQs with percentage-based rates against each item and complete rate analysis summaries.
Bidders must submit their electronic bids through the PPRA E-Tendering System portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) by 11:00 AM on 10 June 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of the Commissioner Rawalpindi Division. Original CDR documentation must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before bid opening; failure to do so results in immediate rejection.
