Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur IBA University invites sealed tenders electronically through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Contract covering 08 number elevators at the university's main campus in Sukkur, Sindh. The estimated cost of this one-year maintenance contract is PKR 1.552 million, with a bid security requirement of PKR 32,000. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement process for well-established, reputed, and experienced firms registered with the income tax and sales tax departments.
Mandatory eligibility criteria require all applicants to be validly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialized code ME-03. Bidders must maintain valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities with active taxpayer status. The average annual turnover for the last five financial years must be equal to or exceed the estimated contract value. An affidavit declaring no litigation history, blacklisting, or involvement in corrupt practices must be submitted, along with confirmation of no forfeited CDR or bid security with Sukkur IBA University.
Bidding documents can be obtained and submitted through EPADS at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk as per the tender schedule running from May 19, 2026 to June 8, 2026, with technical proposal submission closing at 03:00 PM and opening scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same date. A copy of the bid security must be attached with the technical proposal through EPADS, while the sealed original bid security document must be sent to the Project Director's office at Sukkur IBA University before the final submission deadline. Bid validity is 90 days, and the university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
