Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites electronic bids for servicing and maintenance of two Mitsubishi Shenghai passenger lifts installed at State Life Buildings in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. The tender is issued by the Real Estate Department under a single-stage, one-envelope procurement procedure following PPRA rules. The scope covers complete maintenance and servicing of both lift units to ensure safe and efficient operation. This is a recurring service contract for essential building infrastructure maintenance at the Rahim Yar Khan location.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List. Firms must be duly registered on the E-PADS platform, maintain a proper office with functional telephone contact, and possess proven experience in lift servicing and maintenance. Registration with relevant engineering bodies and previous similar projects are expected qualifications. Original bid security must accompany the hard copy submission.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the E-PADS website at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS by 05 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of original bids with original bid security documents must be submitted to the In-charge, Real Estate Department, 4th Floor, State Life Building, Abu Dhabi Road, Rahim Yar Khan, prior to e-bid opening. E-PADS bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The tender advertisement is also published on State Life's website at www.statelife.com.pk and PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. State Life reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
