Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Inspector General of Police, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from well-reputed registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for the procurement of spare parts for surveillance systems, wireless communication equipment, and other machinery and equipment maintenance items for the Central Police Office Gilgit for the financial year 2025-26. The tender is issued under reference NO.IGP-2(4)/6456/2026 with a date of opening scheduled for 05-06-2026. This procurement is intended to support the operational requirements of law enforcement infrastructure across Gilgit-Baltistan region.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax department and possess relevant past experience in the supply of similar categories of goods and services. Contractors and suppliers are required to submit a 3 percent refundable call deposit in the form of a bank draft along with their technical and financial proposals. Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked with the category name, and only those bidders meeting the prescribed technical terms and conditions will be qualified for financial evaluation. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned before the closing time of 1100 hours on 05-06-2026, with opening scheduled to commence at 1130 hours on the same date at the Central Police Office KIU Road Konodass, Gilgit. Bid security without call deposit will not be entertained. Prescribed bid documents and detailed forms containing order instructions and evaluation criteria may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during official office hours. All taxes applicable to the bids will be borne by the bidder and included in the final quoted price.
