Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of IT equipment required for Estate Office Islamabad during the financial year 2025-26. This tender is floated under the single stage single envelope procurement procedure as per Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. The bidding process will be conducted electronically through the E-PADS (PPRA) portal, and only original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments with active tax payer status of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to participate.
Participating bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue with active tax payer status. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bank draft or CDR amounting to PKR 500,000 made in the name of DDO Estate Office. Bidders are required to submit scanned copies of bid security documentation on E-PADS along with the original hard copy of the electronically submitted sealed bid. The tender documents can be obtained from the Estate Office located at 8th & 9th Floor Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat in Islamabad or downloaded from www.estat-office.gov.pk and E-PADS.
Bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 11:00 am on Thursday, June 26, 2026, and will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am at www.eprocure.gov.pk in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Estate Office will not accept any bid not submitted through E-PADS.
