Description / Scope of Work
The University of Turbat, a public sector institution of higher education located in Turbat (Kech), Balochistan, invites sealed bids from eligible dealers and firms for the procurement of plastic chairs intended for the Multipurpose Hall at the Main Campus. This tender is floated on a Single Stage–Single Envelope basis under PPRA Rule 36(a) and will be conducted through the PPRA ePADS portal. Bidders must possess valid income tax or sales tax registration to participate in this procurement process.
Eligible bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 through Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or direct deposit into the University of Turbat HBL Account No. 1040-7900525001 with challan. A refundable bid security of 2 percent of the quoted amount, in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft, must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director Procurement. Bidders are required to include complete contact details in their submissions. The University reserves the right to blacklist firms involved in submission of fake documents, misrepresentation, poor performance, or corrupt and fraudulent practices in accordance with PPRA Rules.
Tender documents are available on the PPRA ePADS portal, and all bids must be submitted online via ePADS. The bid submission deadline is 10 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date. Physical bid security must reach the Office of the In-Charge Procurement before bid opening. Late, incomplete, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted.
